On Dec. 11, 1997, Jinan Luba Chemicals Co., Ltd. was founded.
On Oct. 22, 1998, the formulating site was fixed.
On Mar. 28, 2002, Technical producing base was built, Luba started Technical synthesizing.
On Sep. 30, 2002, Pilot scale of Paraquat succeeded, industrial production with ammonia-Cyanogen method started.
In Dec of 2002, Luba set “Luba Financial Aid” and “Mu-Zhao scholarship for postgraduate” in Shandong Agricultural University.
In 2003, Luba get license of Import and Export, which marked Luba enter international market.
On Sep. 30, 2003, Haloxyfop-P-Methyl trial run succeeded, Luba became the first one that masters the synthesizing technology of Haloxyfop-P-Methyl.
On Nov. 23, 2003, Paraquat project was listed in “National demonstration project of applying high technology to production”.
In Dec of 2004, Diquat trial run succeeded.
In April of 2005, Fluroxypyr trial run succeeded.
In Nov of 2005, Fluazifop trial run succeeded.
In 2005, Luba was awarded as Export Star Enterprise.
In April, Chlorfluazuron trial run succeeded.
On Nov. 16, 2006, “Luba” was awarded as Shandong Famous brand.
On Feb. 1, 2007, Weifang Luba Chemical Co., Ltd. was founded. Luba entered Pyridine business.
On May. 12, 2007, the headquarter moved into FengRun Business Plaza.
On Jun. 5, 2007, Luba factory’s run was approved as “AAA” standardization Grade.
On Jul. 5, 2007, approved by ISO 9000 management standard system certification.
In Sep of 2007, Cyhalofop trial run succeeded.
On Oct. 29, 2007, Luba was awarded as the first batch of credit rating AA enterprise in Agrochemical Industry by National Pesticide Industry Association.
On Dec. 6, 2007, Paraquat project passed the inspection as “National demonstration project of applying high technology to protection”.
In 2008，Jinan Technical Factory was defined as Jinan Enterprise Technology Center.
In April of 2009, the new line of 6000MT/year Paraquat trial run succeeded in Weifang Luba.
In Oct of 2009, “Luba” Paraquat was awarded as “Shandong Famous Brand”
On Nov. 3, 2009, Luba changed the name to “Shandong Luba Chemical Co., Ltd.”
In Nov. of 2009, InLuba was awarded as “the most reliable brand” by farmers.
In Dec. of 2009, Luba was awarded as “Top 100 of Chinese Agrochemical enterprises”.
In Dec of 2009, 18000MT/a. Pyridine trial run succeeded in Weifang Luba.
In Dec of 2009, Luba was awarded as “one of 10 famous-brand pesticides” by Shandong Agricultural Dept.
On May. 17, 2010, Weifang Luba was approved by MIIT as pesticides site.
On Sep. 26, 2010 Luba was defined as “High and New Tech Enterprises”
In 2010, the QC dept. of Luba was awarded Quality Inspecting approved certificate (Grade A) by CPCIF.
In 2010, Luba lab was awarded first prize in inspecting ability and “Excellent Lab” of Shandong Province.
In 2010, Luba was listed as Enterprise training base by Education Depart. of Shandong Province.
2011, Shandong Tianfeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. merged into Luba Group.
In 2011, Luba team participated in drafting National Standard of Haloxyfop-P-Methyl TC.
In 2012, Shandong Keke Chemical Co., Ltd. merged into Luba Group.
In 2012, Luba team participated in drafting National Standard of Fluroxypyr TC
In 2012, Luba was approved as “Shandong Enterprise Technology Center” by Shandong Economic and Information Committee.
On Oct. 19, 2012, Shandong Keke Chemical Co., Ltd. changed the name to Jinan Luba Pesticides Co., Ltd.
In Nov. of 2012, Paraquat 50% SG registration in China is available, Luba is the first registration owner of the new formulation.
In Dec. of 2012, Shandong Tianfeng Biotechnology CO., Ltd. changed the name to Dezhou Luba Fine Chemical Co., Ltd.
On Oct. 29, 2013, The grade of Luba was raised from AA to AAA among the first list of enterprises in credit evaluation system as appoved by National Pesticide Industry Association.
On Nov. 19 of 2013, Luba was awarded as “Shandong Low- Carbon contributing enterprise”.
